Ball screw actuator for high accuracy, high repeatability and high duty applications.
Offers high accuracy and repeatability – Incorporating a ballscrew, SDM provides high positional accuracy of 50 microns per 300mm and repeatability of less than 100microns, making this actuator perfect for applications requiring consistent results.
Design flexibility – Lengths available up to 2.8metres, in ball screw pitches from 5 to 20mm, allowing for the optimum selection for speed and force requirement.
High force, compact dimensions – When the application needs to handle high loads and drive forces, HepcoMotion’s SDM ball screw actuator provides a capable, yet compact solution.
Suitable for a range of environments – SDM is a sealed unit, allowing it to work in relatively harsh conditions. Sealing is provided by a very effective stainless steel band running along the length of the beam.
